Your New York staff were wonderful, addressing every need and concern and the same applies to your entire staff in Scotland… Our driver/guide for The Open was Jim who was such a gallant Prince. His sense of humor and tireless attention to everyone’s needs was way over and beyond the call of duty. We so appreciated his knowledge of Scottish history and the sights he took us to – he made everyone so comfortable. In short, Jim treated us all like family – thank you so much.
Your Golf Manager, Dave performed his duties with so much care and grace, again making us feel so welcome, he was easy-going and put everyone at ease. Ken, our guide for the St .Andrews and Edinburgh tours was such great fun, knowledgeable and gracious and John , our chauffeur for our after Open extension, was a complete gentleman, extremely kind and with such an in-depth knowledge of the history and geography of Scotland.
