This is the kind of landscape architects try to create, but at Praia d’El Rey Golf Course it’s all here, naturally. It is certainly one of the most picturesque layouts in Europe, set in extensive grounds of pine forest and majestic sand-dunes, running along a pristine white sand beach with spectacular views over the Atlantic to Portugal’s Berlenga Islands beyond.
